PAN Zafiropoulos is one of the leading producers of vinegar and related products in Greece, holding a significant share of the Greek market and a leading share. For about half a century now, it has been producing, bottling and offering fine vinegar.

Premises-Production

The facilities occupy a total of 10,000 square meters and the production process is fully vertically integrated, thus ensuring consistent product quality. Particular emphasis is placed on the selection of raw materials, with purchases made directly from individual local producers and producer associations. With continuous investments in equipment and technology, PAN Zafiropoulos remains at the forefront of environmental protection.

Acetators

PAN Zafiropoulos and the rest of the company's products are produced by the process of natural fermentation, without artificial interventions.

Crossflow filters

PAN Zafiropoulos is the first company in Greece to use crossflow filters for the filtration of PAN vinegars. This method gives a clear product, which does not need pasteurization, thus protecting its aromatic and flavour complexity.

Quality control laboratory

Controls throughout the production process are daily and systematic. They are carried out both by the company's specialised personnel and by external, accredited laboratories.

Bottling

Five independent bottling lines, utilizing the latest technology, guarantee that PAN products will reach your table in perfect condition. Furthermore, they allow the standardisation of a variety of packaging, covering many different needs.

Certifications

The company is certified with IFS, which covers the whole range of activities from “field to shelf”.
